What WP Sync is, in one line
WP Sync is a WordPress plugin from Kevin Fahey (Results With Kevin, launch managed by Neil Napier) that keeps your contacts in sync across up to 147 apps: autoresponders, checkouts, webinar platforms, form builders, lead-ad tools, Google Sheets, Slack and Discord. It is a one-time payment during launch week, which is the pitch against Zapier and its per-task monthly bill. The launch runs from August 11, 2026, and the launch cart closes August 15, 2026 at midnight ET. The front end is a one-time price during the launch and moves to yearly billing afterward.
The full funnel at a glance
| Part of the funnel | Launch price | Who it is for |
|---|---|---|
| WP Sync Core (Front End) | $47 one-time | Anyone who wants to sync the handful of apps they actually use |
| WP Sync Bundle (all 147 connections) | $147 | Marketers and agencies who use many tools and want every integration unlocked at once |
| WP Sync Developer | from $297 (25 sites) | Freelancers and agencies installing it on client sites |
| WP Sync Reseller | $297 (order-page bump) | Sellers who want to offer WP Sync as their own product |
| WP Conversion Tracker | $17 / Pro $67 | People who also want pixel and conversion tracking inside WordPress |
| Audience Vault | $47 (Tracker buyers only) | Retargeting-focused buyers who bought the Tracker |
Which parts are actually worth it, and for whom
Start with the Core if you only sync a few apps
The WP Sync Core front end at $47 is the plugin itself: real-time two-way contact syncing between the apps you connect. If you run one autoresponder, one checkout and maybe a form tool, the Core does the job. This is the right entry point for a solo blogger, coach or course creator who just wants their lists to stop drifting out of sync. The value here is that it is one-time during launch instead of a recurring automation subscription.
Go Bundle if you live inside a lot of tools
The Bundle at $147 unlocks all 147 supported connections in a single one-time payment. If your stack already spans several autoresponders, a webinar platform, a checkout, Slack or Discord notifications and Google Sheets, the Bundle is the cleaner decision than buying the Core and then bumping into connection limits. The math is simple: if you already know you connect many apps, paying $147 once for everything beats paying $47 and later wishing you had the full set.
Developer license is only for people building client sites
The Developer license starts at $297 for use on up to 25 sites, with higher tiers for more sites. This is not for a single-site owner. It is worth it if you are a freelancer or agency who sets up WordPress and integrations for clients and wants to install WP Sync on their sites under your own account. If you only run your own site, skip it.
Reseller is a business decision, not a feature
The Reseller upgrade at $297 is an order-page bump that gives you the rights to sell WP Sync as your own product and keep the sale. It only makes sense if you have an audience to sell to. It adds nothing to your own use of the plugin, so ignore it unless reselling is genuinely part of your plan.
The Conversion Tracker sub-funnel is optional and separate
The WP Conversion Tracker ($17 entry, Pro with 5 add-ons at $67) is a related but distinct tool for tracking pixels and conversions inside WordPress, with its own reseller and developer tiers. Audience Vault ($47) stores retargeting audiences and is offered to Tracker buyers only. Treat this whole branch as a separate purchase decision: buy it if pixel tracking is a real need for you, and leave it alone if you only came for contact syncing.
The bundle math
The core decision is Core versus Bundle. The Core is $47 for the plugin with the connections you set up. The Bundle is $147 for every one of the 147 connections at once. If you are confident you only need to link a few tools, the $47 Core is the economical choice. If you use many tools or expect your stack to grow, buy the $147 Bundle up front rather than paying $47 now and effectively topping up later. For agencies, the realistic serious-buyer stack is the Bundle plus the Developer license, which lands around $444 for full client-site coverage of every integration. Everything else in the funnel (Reseller, the Conversion Tracker branch, Audience Vault) is situational and should only be added when it maps to something you will actually use.
WP Sync OTOs: frequently asked questions
Do I have to buy any of the WP Sync upgrades?
No. The front-end Core at $47 is a complete, working plugin on its own. The upgrades unlock more connections, client-site use, reselling rights and a separate tracking tool. Buy only the ones that match how you work.
What is the difference between the Core and the Bundle?
The Core is the plugin with the connections you set up at the $47 price. The Bundle at $147 unlocks all 147 supported app connections in one one-time payment. Heavy multi-tool users are the ones who benefit from the Bundle.
Is WP Sync really a one-time payment?
During launch week the front end is a one-time price. After the launch it moves to yearly billing, so the one-time deal is a launch-window offer. The launch cart closes August 15, 2026 at midnight ET.
Who should buy the Developer license?
Only freelancers and agencies who install WP Sync on client sites. It starts at $297 for 25 sites. Single-site owners do not need it.
Is the WP Conversion Tracker part of WP Sync?
It is a related add-on from the same seller, sold as its own mini-funnel ($17 entry, $67 Pro, plus reseller and developer tiers, and Audience Vault at $47 for Tracker buyers). It handles pixel and conversion tracking, which is a different job from contact syncing, so decide on it separately.
